GENERAL RESOURCES FOR GERMANIC GENEALOGY
There are many excellent websites listing resources for researching your Germanic ancestors. Rather than repeating those lists here, we invite you to visit these outside websites and explore what they have to offer.
For each area, you will find major websites that provide extensive lists of resources, as well as some additional noteworthy websites. Some of these sites include their own extensive lists while others provide important resources for your research.
In addition to the websites listed here, new resources found by our members are shared in the post-meeting emails sent to Active Members. The appropriate weblinks are forwarded to Cyndi’s List for inclusion there, providing a central repository for the information and making it available to a broader audience.
